Yoga & Breathwork

What I aim for in my classes

Whatever your background or experience level, yoga should be a space where you feel safe, valued, and supported. I aim to create an environment where you can connect with your body and mind, free from judgment.

Safety and comfort are my top priorities. Whether you're looking to challenge yourself or prefer a gentler practice, I encourage you to listen to your body and honour what it needs in each moment. I’m also always happy to introduce complete beginners to yoga!

Please reach out, even if you have injuries or other constraints - I will provide modifications and adjustments to support your practice. Additionally, I understand that being neurodivergent can bring unique sensitivities. Please let me know if you are sensitive to sounds, smells, or other factors, and I will make every effort to create a comfortable space for you.

While I am here to guide and support you, I also look forward to learning from you. Every student brings a unique perspective and experience, and I am grateful for the opportunity to grow alongside you. I am always open to feedback!
